KETTLER Hires Christina Chang, CFA, as Head of Asset Management

McLEAN, VA (February 11, 2025) — KETTLER, a leading real estate investor and developer, announced today the hiring of Christina Chang, CFA, as Head of Asset Management. In this role, Chang will oversee KETTLER’s multifamily investments, leading business plan development and execution while driving value creation, optimizing returns, and mitigating risks. She will also be responsible for project renovations, recapitalizations, and dispositions. “Christina’s depth of experience and strategic approach to asset management align perfectly with KETTLER’s vision for growth,” said Luke Davis, Chief Investment Officer at KETTLER. “Her expertise in optimizing multifamily investments and executing value-driven strategies, across all vintages, will be instrumental as we continue to expand and enhance our portfolio.” Chang brings extensive experience in asset management and real estate investment, having previously served as Head of Residential Asset Management and ESG+R Initiatives at ASB Real Estate Investments. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Residential and Retail Asset Management at JBG Smith. Over her career, she has been responsible for more than $3.5 billion in multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets. Chang holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Harvard College, both with distinction. She is a CFA Charterholder, a LEED AP O&M, and an active member of the ULI Multifamily Product Council.
